Through partnership with key customers, our strategy is to bring innovative products to the marketplace. We have had limited success in the past two years in this area with the introduction of new products such as wax replacement coatings, release coatings, and the RepelKote™, jointly developed with Tenneco. The following are the basic intents of Progressive Coatings long-term strategy:

• Provide full product line capability
• Offer high quality products through continuous product development
• Provide superior customer service and product support
• Continue to expand into niche areas of the coating markets both foreign and domestic.
