Jerry Mosley has over thirty years experience in the water-based inks and coating industry. He is recognized nationally for high quality packaging inks and coatings and innovative service ideas.

Philip Underwood
Progressive Coatings, Vice President of Sales and Administration

Prior to Progressive Coatings, Mr. Underwood spent 26 years at Continental Can/Stone Container, most recently as Regional Controller over various locations in the United States. Mr. Underwood joined Progressive Coatings in June 1997 as Vice President of Sales and also oversees day-to-day operations. Mr. Underwood has a BS in Business Administration/Accounting and an MBA in Marketing.

Gaylord Allin
Progressive Coatings, Vice President of Technology and Development

Gaylord Allin has 30 years experience in the ink and coatings field. Mr. Allin has a Chemistry degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to Progressive Coatings, Mr. Allin worked for various companies including Sinclair and Valentine, Jellaco Chemical Company, PPG Industries, J.M. Fry, and Progressive Ink Company. Gaylord's talents and motivation are with new and unique coating development.
